Default 143 Brigade variations

I attach a scan of the three variations I have of this formation badge.
No 1 was obtained some years ago when the badge first appeared and has a white perch
No 2 was obtained a couple of years ago and has a yellow perch.
No 3 I was given yesterday and differs considerably from the other two in that there is no detail in the parrot and the perch is shorter.
I can assume that the first two are manufacturers' variations, but is no 3 a separate pattern? This has been worn and came from an army source with several other cloth badges.
Any comments on this would be welcome, please.
