Looking for information on the top title. Not sure if it's very pale green lettering, or faded. Anyone got a similar title to compare?

Came across these pictures in my files, which I had forgot about. Looks to be the same pattern of title in better condition.

I'm wondering if its the same as the top badge in the first post. But with the green completely faded ? The titles with the light coloured backing might not keep their colour as well as the black backed badges. Different manufacturer dyes etc.
