Is this Observatory Boys High School cadets title?

Got a new cut out brass sheet title with wire loops typical of South African WWI badges but not sure what the abbreviation stands for. I am guessing at Observatory Boys High School. Can anyone confirm this.

Oudtshoorn? OBHS was around during the ABW I think, before it also joined with the Girls HS.
