Default "FEAR NAUGHT" - TANK TO THE RIGHT, CAP?

Hi Gent's. Have a quick one to run by you all. I know these are sought after but not sure on the back detail the way it looks, etc.

Any thoughts?

Simon.

That's what I was thinking and the it looks cast. Not sure, hence posting for a some comments Dave. Not something that's on my list to get or need, just always out to learn here and there.

Simon,

That looks like an early badge but has the lugs repaired at some time.
If you run your finger along side of badge, at nose of tank, it will feel as though the metal has been cut wrong.

Well here's a photo of mine purchased from Bosley's July of this year. So I hope they were lugged as well as slidered? Simon yours does look like it was cast.

Cheers Paul.

Don't worry too much Paul,

Simon

The hammer price on mine was 55 pound, so add on all the extras. There is this one on ebay, by a member I believe and he wont take 57pound.

This one is silver, thought I should point that out.

Cheers Paul.

No disrespect taken, as it's not mine. Just something I came across BC.

Hi Simon,

it looks brass rather than WM and, yes it is cast and looks like a non Dave repair!
Can be a wartime "Egypt" copy of a bandsman's badge as they wore them with the "withdrawing" tank untill after WWII.

regards,

Iain
