I had a genuine 12th Londons which I sold many years ago. The strengthening was in the forn of a ring to the reverse. It was solidly made and I think too much ever to be done by the repro mob..

The only one that I like is the Rangers, the strengthening bar does it for me.

This is my fathers London Regiment collection.
I have placed doublers I've found at the side of the badges, and badges with London on at the bottom (do these belong?)
I can take pics of the backs of the doublers, titles and those at the bottom but I have not taken the board apart yet to take pics of back of those mounted, sorry.

Chrissy, from the photos, and only from those, I like the look of the QVRs and the 16th Londons, Westminster. The polished highlights make these stand out. Yes, like all badge collectors we like to look at the backs.

The 23rd Londons also looks quite interesting. Along with what looks to be an officers version.
