Question 5th VB HLI QVC - footed lugs?

Hi all,

I have this one in the unsure box. A 5th (Glasgow Highlanders) VB Highland Light Infantry QVC 1887-1901 in white metal (Bloomer 183) - the lugs are shiny copper and are footed hence not convinced genuine but striking not bad but here we go!

Opinions appreciated, cheers Dean.
