Suffolk Regt QVC - not quite sure

Another one found during my tidying the attic and 'downsizing' my collect (!)

A Suffolk Regt. with QVC. One lug missing on reverse. Three sweat holes in the motto (see photo). A good one (albeit missing a lug)? Or a bad one?

IF it is a good one, bearing in mind its condition, what would be a reasonable price to offer it for?
