A Few Items to Identify
Would appreciate anyone being able to identify which era these cloth badges are from and which regiments the stable belts belong to.
Not my items and likely to be sold by the owner. Many thanks |

Blue Red Blue belt probably Household Division - perhaps Royal Horse Guards pre 1970s with odd buckle?
Green and White is probably the Green Howards. Tim

Could it be one that was worn by a female?

Hi, the RN one with the torpedoes appears to be a Torpedo Gunner's mate badge. On Google, if you type: Royal Navy Badge Torpedoes, various examples come up.

Hi, The Women s Royal Naval Service Badge (WRNS) looks like the sort of badge that would go on workweek / fatigues.... perhaps if you put these navy badges in the Royal Navy section of the forum, some people with good navy knowledge might be able to assist? Best rgds

Possible I guess. It does look more of a nurse type fitting. After my time.
I think the RAFP colours belt may not have had official backing and not have been around for long. Bill-Snowdrop 68, might know. Regards, Paul. Last edited by wardog; 25-11-23 at 03:19 AM. |
