Default Algonquin Regiment

My Wife's Grandfather, Vernon Tripp, Algonquin Regiment. The first 2 shots are post-war after he returned home. Unfortunately no battle dress pictures and therefore no shoulder emblems to be seen.

The 3rd picture is at CITC at Farnham, Que in October of '44, which I have just found out via this forum, he is probably wearing a CIC cap badge.
