Found a page showing "the cap badges worn by the various units of the QOOH and OY in the Reserve Forces of the British Army".

Jerry Isn't it the unofficial Oxfordshire Territorial badge.

It's not AA129 which is a different badge having the "Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars" scroll and no hunting horn.

I will add that Monday I was up at 5, on the road by 5.30 to be on a site 3hrs away for 9ish, got there for 8.15, then stayed overnight with my usual lack of sleep when away, then a 8.5 hr day with the 3 hour drive back home, then up at 5.45 to drive 1 & 1/4 hrs to another site this morning.
