Default AMC titles

Interested to see comments on the two AMC titles. The larger one seems to be Boer War, not sure whether the other one is Victorian. When was the RAMC title adopted?
Thanks

Kingsley,

According to Westlake's 'Collecting Metal Shoulder Titles', the RAMC formed in 1898, from the amalgamation of the 'Army Medical Staff', which consisted of officers only, and who wore the A.M.S. shoulder title, and the 'Medical Staff Corps', which consisted of other ranks only, and who wore the M.S.C. shoulder title.

First one is new to me. The second is an early, post Boer War Australian title for Australian Army Medical Corps. See this thread http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...edical%2ACorps
