Looks as though lady in bottom photo (Q30391) on viewer's right may be wearing this badge in her hat...

...though not necessarily 'London'. I believe different areas had their own designated scrolls; expect Phil2M can clarify.

Cannot quite see what she has in her lapel, though it looks Red Cross-related.

Default Women Police Service image

The image of the Inspector and Sergeant were at Ministry of Munitions Factory at Gretna. The Inspector is G.M. Beausire. The force strength was approx 120.
May I point out that it is not the Women's Police Service but the 'WOMEN POLICE SERVICE' (without the 's).
