I know that a battalion of the RRF served in Bosnia at the same time as RAC units comprised Brit Cav Regt, but did RRF serve in 20 Armoured Bde whilst on UN duties? If they did then this might discredit this brassard as a RAC item.
I am still of the opinion that this TRF is RAC scarlet & yellow, not burgandy and primrose. The merrowed edge is black, not burgandy. This conforms to the entry in Marc's booklet size wise.

Your brassard is certainly that worn by BRITCAVBAT in Bosnia and the TRF is in RAC colours of scarlet and yellow. The RRF flash in a similar size is primrose and burgundy and there are four variants in my album including black and burgundy merrowed edges. It was only worn on the helmet cover.
The flash illustrated top right in post 1 looks to me like the RRF one - but it might just be a question of the viewers colour perception of the item as seen on the screen!
