Default Brentwood School Essex Cadet Corps and Officer Training Corps

The following edition of the school magazine details the promotion of the school cadet corps to OTC status in Apr '36. http://brentwood-heritage.daisy.webs...36.pdf#page=31

It appears that the CC ran in paralell for some years and the older boys went into the OTC. The cadet corps had its own badge which was retitled for the OTC and CCF.

The school's JTC is noted in Apr 1941 after a change in title of the OTC in that year. The CC continued to run on in paralell until 1942 when it ceased and transferred to the JTC. http://brentwood-heritage.daisy.webs...&origFilename=

Post war CCF wore gilding metal CCF badges.
