Default German?, Austrian?

Can anyone identify these two patches for me please? I believe they may be either German or Austrian patches.
Any help would be much appreciated.

1. Lw Jagdbombergeschwader 34, (Memmingen).

I don't recognise the second one as German.

Thanks for the German dentification, Marc.
I wondered if the edelweiss flower was Austrian, but can't see it yet in what info I have. It may not be military of course.

The design of the Edelweiss is Austrian going by some of their other badges.

I suppose we must be thankful to note the compass rose on the former.

Thank you for that, Marc. It's good of you to search for, and identify them both for me.
