Default South Lancashire EI Lambourne

Interesting badge and cannot find another like it. It is pretty substantial and of thicker gauge brass/GM.

Has anyone seen one before? Is it correct for this maker. The lack of detail on the reverse is obvious but is this just a different manufacturing method?

Many thanks

Martyn

Hi Martyn,

It looks OK, but can you get a close up of the makers mark to confirm? Does it have an underscored "o" in "Co" as ringed in the pictures below and highlighted in black in the second one.

As someone who collects "Lambourne" badges, this is not one that I have come across yet.

Andrew

Thanks Andy

The mark is a little worn I think but it looks like it was an underscore o. What do you think?

Regards

Martyn

Many thanks. It looks solid and cannot be bent at all. Hopefully a good one.
