Default Coat of arms sweetheart ww1 what town?

Bought this described as Arras sweetheart but does not look like it to me looking on line. Gone through a few towns without success. Will keep trying but somebody may recognise the cost of arms??
Thanks
John

The coat of arms is that of Arras, or least as found on the couple of brooches I have.
Edit - but you knew that by the time I posted.

Thumbs down

I used to have a badge picked up in Carnaby Street when I was a kid (was the shop "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" or summit like that) - "Wounded On The Arras".
Well, it seemed quite funny when I was a sprog.
Remember the song by Whistling Jack Smith?
Or maybe your grandad does?

The shop as I remember it, though I was far younger than the people shown in it:
