Default 3rd Dragoon Guards collar badges recognition

Hello
I'm after a pair of 3DG Victorian/Edwardian collar badges.
Is there a way of telling if they are from this period, different lugs , one or two lugs ect?
Thank you for your time

I do have a POW feathers collar badge, I know it can be either 10th Hussars or 3DG, it has a single lug, would it be of the Victorian/ Edwardian era, or were they made differently with 2 lugs or is a grey area?
Your help and time are appreciated

The single flat loop for collar badges was introduced under LC4483 of 01/03/1951. Generally two loops prior to this.
