Hi Austrailia,
This Eddie is not the seller, but he has a fair idea, like most forum members, who the seller is and has never bought from him. Eddie |

G'day Mick
As you would know the Camel Corps badges are unofficial and I have been told by one who says he knows, that they are all sand cast made in one piece including the camel and crown. I saw a good one at his place a while ago, I think that I have a photo somewhere. Regards Phil. |

G'day Dogfish,
Cant really say, never seen anything like it but then again I dont collect colour patches, hang on and I will see if I can find my coloured poster with them all on it........ Found it !! the camel corps is shown as a plain red triangle and the camel field ambulance is a brown triangle witha green stripe down the middle. I hope that this helps. I would say that someone had it made up in a bazzar somewhere along time ago. Value depends on how much you want it and how much you are prepared to pay. I would suggest 25 cents !! Regards Phil. |

the auction estimate is 50 - 80 pounds so I thought it must be worth something but obviously not |

G.H.Q. Middle East Land Forces, post 1946 formation sign. The first one appears to be a locally made and the second the official printed version which a red circular stain at its centre. Regards, Zob. |
