Default Royal Artillery Insignia help please.

Hello, I have just received my great uncle's medals, he was killed while serving in Gibraltar with the Royal Artillery in 1943 in an accident. He was a W/Sgt with 466 Bty 141 Lt AA Regt. I would like to mount the medals in a frame with his photo. Would anyone please be kind enough to help me with the insignia he would have worn while in Gib. He previously served with RWK as a regular prior to the war. I have been told he would have worn the Gibraltar Key as part of his insignia. I would also appreciate it if anyone has records on the accident that occurred resulting in his death, which was 1st Nov 1943. Thanks for your help and time in advance.

Default 141 LAA Regt RA

I have a note that 141 LAA Regt RA (comprising 451, 466 and 467 LAA Btys) arrived from UK to Gibraltar in Aug 43 to relieve 3 LAA Regt. 141 LAA Regt RA departed Gibraltar 28 Mar 46. The formation sign worn was probably that of AA Units, Gibraltar - A yellow key marked in black set vertically on a red rectangle with the two letters A ..... A in yellow, one A to each side of the key. Mike
