What are commonly described as RNVR or RNAS Shoulder Titles are in fact
Mufti (Plain Clothes) Badges to show that a "civilian" in plain clothes was a man fighting for his country, albeit on the Home Front. This is can be seen in a period Gamage's advert.

A RNAS and RNVR AAC badge are shown together with a RNVR AAC Dover Mufti Badge.

Hi Mike

No. just used the digital images from my camera, except for RNAS Mufti badge just purchased and used their image. The picture was worked on to eliminate the background using "Microsoft Paint" which I understand from today is being dropped by Microsoft!!!
