Default Leicestershire VB

One of these Gaunt Bham tigers for refernce. Unfortunately the seller had the full range of the common VB copies.

Both are remarkable for their total 'fantasy' creation.

Its interesting to note that the person who bought this particular badge (easy to see from the feedback score who it is) is none other than a member who was banned and whos name is not allowed to be mentioned nor discussion about him allowed.

Strange that there seems to be regular links to or comments about badges he has bought on ebay, its almost like someone is watching what he is buying and making posts on the forum about his buying habits.

Oh and has it occurred to anyone that this particular badge is a known copy and that the buyer knew he was buying a copy for reference purposes?

As I said a good badge to use as a reference and I as I have an interest in VB then I too have kept copies of the picture for my own database of known fake sand repro. Most of the others are far less convincing fakes but the Leicesters and the Warwicks are much better class of fakes.

The 3 VB Glosters has an appalling ugly face but could deceive as well:

I think I have half a dozen of these badges in the last couple of years.
