RAF Rank Slide Epaulettes and Eagle - WW2 or post WW2?

Hi,

Please could someone advise if these RAF Rank Slide Epaulettes are WW2 or post WW2 (Badge A in pictures)?

In addition, please could someone advise:

1) if the Eagle Badge (Badge B in the pictures) is WW2 or post WW2?
2) also, what is the purpose of this eagle badge ? Am not sure if it is part of an officer's sidecap insignia or part of a post WW2 NCO aircrew chevron from a uniform?

Any guidance would be much appreciated if possible.

To me the shoulder rank looks post war.
The badge could well be wartime.

I would say the officer shirt sleeve material rank slides are post war also.
The WW2 worn blue shirts were not made with epaulettes & so these would be superfluous at the time. They are post war in my opinion.
The Officer's side cap badge is missing the crown from above it & is probably Canadian made, given the ' fat bird' style of the eagle, the backing plate in that material & the round fasteners attached also.
I agree with Barry, it could well be WW2. I am not familiar with the potential post war use of them at all so I can't help there unfortunately.

Don't think the crown is missing, the back plate is too low and doesn't have the third hole, so it's a porky eagle on it's own. I'm lost as to its purpose though, looks too new to be a sleeve eagle

I am fairly sure this is a Canadian made aircrew NCO sleeve eagle, worn above the chevrons by sgt's and flight sgt's. Brit made ones were lugged, and as David says, the round nuts appear Canadian.
