Printed title / patch backings?
As a follow up to my question about the Canadian Grenadier Guards printed backing material, what other titles have different coloured backing, and what are those titles?
For example, my Carleton & York Regiment Canada title has a red backing, and a Fus Mont Royal a tan backing, as does a Higland Light Infantry of Canada.

I dug out a few printed titles that I could find kicking around. I hope these examples help. I have always put a premium on the tan backed examples.
Does anyone have a tan backed 48th Highlanders printed title? |

Hi Ron, Thanks for posting the images. The Elgin Regt title, is the backing red, or is a layer of the backing missing?

Hi Bill,
I was wondering the same thing when I took the pictures. The title still seems fairly thick but I am inclined to think that yes it is missing the back of the title. |

Mike thanks for your input. I think the tan back examples are the early run on Cotton No 2 material.
