Observer Corps / Head Observer Badge eBay

Just seen that this went on ebay - short listing and a good price! Looks like a genuine Head Observer badge to me, i'd be interested in other peoples thoughts. Link here I do note that there are also printed Chief Observer rank badges on each sleeve which should have been worn in place of the Head Observer tape, so it looks like the tape was simply not removed when it should have been.
