Default Balloon Badge

Please help with the ID of this badge looks more like a balloon than a parachute.

It's a parachute ok. Just not very well woven.

It's a Parachute Regiment badge by the looks of it, not RAF

Looks like a blazer badge cut down with Queens Crown, so after 1953.

That would be my inclination too but probably one of the Indian manufactured ones (you get some very good ones and some very bad ones) so maybe for a particular branch of the OCA?
