Default RAAF pilots wings

Are these genuine WWII pilots wings? It doesn't show too well but it is paper backed.

Very nice. They're English made and look flat. If so, the only flat English pair I've seen. Are you parting with them?

Hi all,
I would like your comments on these to please, I was given them by an Air Gunner of RAAF 455 Squadron (Torpedo Bombers later Coastal Command), he says he got them from his crew at the end of the war!, the AG one was his, they are all cloth backed, my friend has now died, but would like to know what you think especially about the green one at the bottom, my friend told me (from what I can remember) it was a wing worn for a short peroid in the desert?
Thanks
BM

The wings are all of standard pattern, the 'green' one is probably theatre made, but are you sure its not blue, dirty and faded?

I have also been told that the "O" wing is quite rare, is this the case?

No, its a standard pattern O wing. There was an RAF style O wing with the 'O' edged in turquoise, that pattern is pretty scarce.
