Default unidentified lapel badge

Can anyone help with this lapel badge does the Dieu mon droit make it UK but not Scottish on the back is official BWRS andR.R perhaps Railways?

From Wikipedia : British War Relief Society

'The British War Relief Society (BWRS) was a US-based humanitarian umbrella organisation dealing with the supply of non-military aid such as food, clothes, medical supplies and financial aid to people in Great Britain during the early years of the Second World War. The organisation acted as the administrative hub and central receiving depot for items donated from other charities which were then parceled out to its affiliate organizations in the US and to Britain. These donations were raised in the name of the BWRS, rather than in the name of the smaller groups.'

Would being 'US based' explain the less than stellar renderings of lion and crown? An interesting piece but no real credit to the artist or the maker.

I would like to sell this badge would you knowledgeable chaps have any idea of its worth I would imagine not worth much but would be grateful for any guidance.

I did a bit of work on this some time ago when I obtained a bookmark. This image is one I just found online, rather than the actual one that I have. I hope it shows up large enough
