Default Unknown Cap Badge

Recently acquired an unknown (to me) cap badge. It is a large letter "A" and two smaller letter "C"s on a browning copper maple leaf. The badge is 40mm tall and has an unusual set of attachments on the back. There is both a pin fastener and a single set of tangs. A maker mark of "Jacoby Bros" is faintly stamped. Just put it out there to see and hopefully someone can identify the badge for me.
Thank you
Don
