Default I think these are genuine?

Came with 1943 Monte Cassino battle maps. British Army attached to Indian Division.Where would the square insignia be worn on uniform? FILE0021.jpgFILE0022.jpg

Any thoughts on these please?.......I stupidly gave this thread the same title as the Indian Division one, so viewers poss thought I had loaded the same one twice?
Just because the insignia came with the other bits, doesn't necessarily mean they are genuine / period...............would love to know.............

Can anyone tell me where the square patches were worn?...sleeve I guess.
Did search online but couldn't find anything.
