Silver tetartemorion of Mylasa in Caria. 550-500 BC.
5mm x 6mm x 0.15gms = 1/96th stater Lydo-Milesian standard.
Roaring lion facing left/ bird between two pellets within an incuse square.
How the engraver managed to get clear detail on such a small die surface I cant imagine.

AMB & cresent in exurge [off flan].

In imitation of Phillip of Macedonia, struck from worn dies.
Head of Hercules wearing lion skin, Zeus enthroned with outstretched arm holding eagle.
The example below sold recently for £7.841.

Seem's strange to me that on a badge site my coins get a bigger rate of views than my badges?

Could be because we don't know what's coming - somebody's coins, cigarette cards, Bunnikins collection, could be anything
