Default Wilting asparagus formation sign

I found an unanswered question about this formation sign on another forum. Does anyone what it represents?

Major Waring's pamphlet No 2 identifies it (B93) as Indian but unknown.

I believe it to be the badge of the GHQ Jungle Warfare School worn by the staff of the Jungle Warfare Training School at Raiwala which trained complete units (as opposed to individuals) in jungle warfare.

Would also welcome any further information.

Jon,

many thanks. Jungle Warfare Training males perfect sense as it belonged to a Chindit officer.

Simon.

This type of thread is to me what makes the Forum so addictive.
