Opps , I didnt try the
"Save HTML in Edge" option , I just found it but never downloaded the add on.
Some websites disable "
Right Click" so you can not open an image in a new window or tab.
changing my browser from "Edge" to "Internet Explorer 11" , you have to enable
Internet Explorer to be able to use it.

settings, click
Apps, then click
Manage optional features , you should see "
Internet Explorer 11" in the list, click it and you should be able to Enable or install it.
