Default USN & USAF Vietnam era

I thought I'd share the item's that started it all for me.

When I was small child, my uncle was a naval officer stationed in Vietnam. One Christmas leave he brought home this Kiss of Death patch that represented the VA-12 squadron that flew A-4 Skyhawks off the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt during his deployment. To this day it is a sentimental favorite. The other my father gave me as he served in the Strategic Air Command for the air force providing security for B-52's & Minuteman ICBM's during his tenure. It represents the 820th Air Police Squadron from Plattsburgh Air Force Base in New York where he met my mother.
