The back of the badge looks really crisp. Is it possible that the dodgy lug is a repair job. I believe that PeterT did show a Gamages catalog where this type of foot was in it..... So where does that leave us with the 'blanket Forum view' that this type means the badge is bad......
Unless the crispness of the striking is not a good sign now, there needs to be something else.....
Personally, and for what its worth, I like the striking.
