In the particular case of casualties, the CWGC site has offered a similar certificate for many years now, simply search and download, then print, but, not really relevant to the RBL Passchendaele poppies.

When the "Flanders Fields" poppy was issued it did not come with a certificate , I later went onto the Every One Remembered website and dedicated the poppy to a Gunner with the same family name as mine.
I am now in the process of having a personalised certificate made giving the soldiers name , regiment , rank , service number , date died and burial place.
If you know who you want to "remember" it is simple , if not you can do a search and find someone by name/regiment etc.
