yes the museum is open to the public but the problem is access as noted in my post to Phil above. Security is tight and my pass has expired and I will have to be escorted from the gate till I get a new pass.
I haven't been there for 6 months owing to moving home and Im told that it has been rearranged so I will post again in a day or so and give you the updated version.
