I did post back on there and had some feedback. Nothing definitive about the vehicle other than it being a T-16 and why are the access panels off.
However an older thread linked there suggest SD&Gs on 6 June 1945 in Utrecht. Info provided by Wigger K. F. van der Horst using the photos of a Capt RB Gault of the SD&G. You may have a print of the same series of photos.
