Very difficult to say. In my opinion the printed sign is suspect but applied to to a genuine piece of KD. This is a very poor quality image of the only genuine example I have seen. I would imagine that all these signs were hand embroidered with multiple minor variations. This one is very close in outline to the one illustrated by John Waring JW1/409, noted as being "linen on linen".
