Medical Council of Southern Rhodesia
While the Southern Rhodesia nurse's qualification "pip"turns up from time to time ( red enamel on silver ) , this is the first time I have come across a green enamel on silver. On closer inspection, I see that there is an M ( which I take to be Matron) rather than the N ( for nurse) . The badge was made by the SA Mint.
