An Officers S/P & Gilt dress cap badge by Gaunt post 1924.... the original die would have come from Jennens & Co.

There is also an earlier image of a Colonel pre 1924 that shows what I think is a silver only cap badge and probably by Jennens & Co. I have also added a good candidate badge. To back up the silver only early 1900s I have also shown a 2nd Boer War period RWY Officers FFSCap with a silver badge (William Dowler & Sons) in it.
