Ministry of Information official badge photos.
I've 'just' added a new album. I say, 'just' but it has taken me all weekend to scan and label the original photos.
These photos came to me from various sources, many of them from an old newspaper printer. They were released by the Ministry of Information between 1942 and 1944, as can be seen by the information on the reverse.
In some cases perhaps whoever labelled them worked for a Ministry of Mis-information as some badges are wrongly attributed (it wasn't me putting them in the wrong order either, the website did that of its own free will)
I've got to the stage where I have not found any more photos for ages, so it was time to share them as this is the most useful way I am likely to make of this record.
If any one can fill the gaps with other photos of the same series please pm me.
