Lesotho ‘Police Mobile Unit’ badge?

As part of a Boxing Day ‘splurge’ on some badges I’ve been eyeing-up for a while this arrived earlier today. Am I right that it is/was used by the Royal Lesotho Mounted Police ‘Police Mobile Unit’? And where on the uniform would it be worn? It measures (w) 53 mm x 63(h) so is the right size for a cap, but a bit small for a sleeve.
