Didier, thank you for that information. Both the Leopard and Triomphant spent some time in England before starting their service with the Free French Navy. So having these badges made in England makes sense. I believe the Leopard was involved to a degree in the evacuation at Dunkirk.
What their connection to this group is remains somewhat of a mystery, but a good mystery.
