Default Help to identify Artillery pouch badge
Hi,
I have this artillery gun badge with UBIQUE scroll. It is the size of a pouch badge but all pouch badges I have seen dont have the scroll. Also there are two large looped lugs on the rear instead of the regular threaded bolts.

Is this a pouch badge or possibly used elsewhere.
Note: the top of the ramrod is missing.
