Taking this one stage further - I don't really hold with Gaylor and the 4th Hussars bit.
What is different is the scroll. The earlier has two arrows and a dot (or is this some sort of bow) in the scroll beneath the harp while the later does not. What do these arrows and dot signify and why were they not carried over into the new badge?
