Default Queen's Own Rifles Cap BAdge era???
OK lads, I am looking to date the era of this QOR badge I have. It is stamped in a very light weight metal, aluminum? Although it is very strong.

It is non-magnetic and appears to have had red paint at one time on the numeral 2. Any ideas lads, or is more information needed?

What led me to inquire about this badge is the following eBay auction. It is listed as WWII, which IMO it is clearly not. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=015
