They were listed in Kelly’s Directory of Manufacturers & Merchants 1966 - Morfed (South Wales) Ltd., spectacle joints & metal buttons & buckles & industrial pressings, Poplar Road, off Van Road, Caerphilly, with a branch (Sales Office?) Morfed Products Ltd., button manufacturers, 127 King’s Cross Road, London WC1. Companies House website shows, or did in 2006, that they were dissolved on 20 October 1987.
I have seen their backmarks on buttons to the RAF, WRAC, Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.
