as dennis says, there is no real way to date these badges.
while dennis uses the sun rays, i believe most WW1 badges have the A for australia close to the edge of the scroll. therefore i would suggest WW1. however this only applies to hat badges not collars and there are exceptions.
btw the Luke collar is WW2. Luke didnt start manufacturing until the early 1020s.
