Worn coin of Adrianopolis in Thrace. Counterstamped XV of Legio Quinta Decima Apollonaris. Also stamped with head of Athena wearing Corinthian helmet (Her guise as the goddess of war). Reverse is almost completely worn but portrays the city gates between two towers with conical tops.
